COVID-19 Safety Precautions:

The safety and health of our families and communities is our top priority. We will be following CDC guidelines for safer operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our in-person classes will be small, outside, and socially distant. Participants will be screened for symptoms at the beginning of class and will be asked to return home if they have a cough, shortness of breath, fever, chills, muscle pain, or new loss of taste or smell. Participants will be asked to wash their hands thoroughly before attending class and to use hand sanitizer at the start of class, at the conclusion of class, and as necessary. Coaches and adult participants will be required to wear masks. Children over the age of 2 will be encouraged to wear masks, but exceptions can be made due to social distancing procedures (we understand medical and sensory processing issues). Participants under the age of 4 are asked to bring a grown-up to help with physical redirection and spotting. Coaches are not coming into contact with participants unless safety is at risk. Participants that are outside of the family or prearranged and agreed upon "pod" will be spaced 6 feet apart during all activities. All participants will be asked to bring their own yoga mat and ball.  Participants will warm up on their own yoga mats and then will be assigned a station. Participants will not switch stations until instructed by the coaches. Any equipment that was touched by hands will be sanitized before being used by another participant outside of the family or prearrange and agreed upon "pod." All equipment will be thoroughly sanitized between classes. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
