Service Description

The Family Fun Class follows the same structure as other classes, but is more inclusive for families who prefer the wider age range for a variety of reasons. This class is for children (and grown-ups) of all ages! We will modify activities in order to challenge each family appropriately. We ask that all children under 4 have a designated adult supervising them, in order to help with redirections and boundaries. Class will start by warming up muscles and stretching in various positions. We will then practice specific, progressive gymnastics or sports skills that will be utilized throughout class. Participants will then follow a rotation of stations that will include: agility exercises, balancing on various equipment, jumping over objects and off spring boards, bar work, and progressive handstands, cartwheels, and rolling. Class will conclude with a review of skills and life lessons learned.

To withdraw from class, please contact us at least 7 days before the start of the session in order to allow time to fill the open spot and receive a refund.
