Service Description
Class will start by warming up muscles and stretching in various positions. We will then practice sports drills with a ball, changing our focus each week to specific kicking, trapping, dribbling, throwing, and catching techniques. Participants will then follow a rotation of stations that will include: agility exercises, balancing on various equipment, jumping over objects and off spring boards, and progressive handstands, cartwheels, and rolling. Class will conclude with a review of skills and life lessons learned, followed by a mindfulness cool down. Children under the age of 4 are asked to bring a grown-up with them to class in order to assist with social distancing and sanitary procedures. We are going to limit our contact with the children as much as possible and will be teaching some basic spotting techniques, so you can assist your student through the exercises!
Cancellation Policy
To withdraw from class, please contact us at least 7 days before the start of the session in order to allow time to fill the open spot and receive a refund.
