1-3 year old Mentor & Me Class 9:15am

Service Description

The 1-3 year old Class follows the same structure as other classes, but is more inclusive for families who prefer the wider age range for a variety of reasons. We will modify activities in order to challenge each family appropriately. Children in this class are asked to bring a grown-up with them to assist with redirections and boundaries. Class will start by warming up muscles and stretching in various positions. We will then practice specific, progressive gymnastics or sports skills that will be utilized throughout class. Participants will then follow a rotation of stations that will include: agility exercises, balancing on various equipment, jumping over objects and off spring boards, bar work, and progressive handstands, cartwheels, and rolling. Class will conclude with a review of skills and life lessons learned. Class will be approximately 30 minutes.
