Service Description

Class will start by warming up muscles and stretching in various positions. We will then practice specific, progressive gymnastics or sports skills that will be utilized throughout class. Participants will then follow a rotation of stations with various gymnastics equipment. Participants will focus on following basic instructions from a caregiver, developing body awareness and balance, stepping over, on top of, and around objects, and building blocking muscles through pushing and climbing. Children under the age of 4 are asked to bring a grown-up with them to class in order to assist with redirections and boundaries.

Cancelation Policy

To withdraw from class, please contact us at least 7 days before the start of the session in order to allow time to fill the open spot and receive a refund.
