2&3 year old Mentor & Me Class 5:15pm

Service Description

Class will start by warming up muscles and stretching in various positions. We will then practice specific, progressive gymnastics or sports skills that will be utilized throughout class. Participants will then follow a rotation of stations that will include: agility exercises, balancing on various equipment, jumping over objects and off spring boards, bar work, and progressive handstands, cartwheels, and rolling. Class will conclude with a review of skills and life lessons learned. Children under the age of 4 are asked to bring a grown-up with them to class in order to assist with redirections and boundaries. Class will be approximately 30 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

To withdraw from class, please contact us at least 7 days before the start of the session in order to allow time to fill the open spot and receive a refund.
